In short, the installation of the fitting added an additional $30,000 to the sale price of our house in Canberra.

Before it was installed the lounge room at the read of the house was a tad dark after we had an external extension fitted to the villa

One prospective buyer was keen to buy but hesitant because of the lack of light installed and after revisiting the property three days later, the prospective buyer agreed to purchase the house and paid an additional $30,000 above the next closest bid.

There is no doubt that the illume light was responsible for us obtaining that additional amount.

Found them prompt, honest and efficient and very helpful answering any questions. They are also very careful with the use of drop sheets and remove any rubbish from site. We had four Skylights fitted and the transformation is amazing, I do recommend installing dimmer's a small price to pay for the benefits.

I found Manny to be extremely honest and up front person to deal with, he went out of his way to give me his professional ideas as to what would be better for my particular job, at no point did i feel pressured into buying anything i didn't want, and she showed up on time did great work and made sure he left my house as clean as he found it, he was very good to me and did more than was really required, yes i would certainly recommend exclusive design to anyone looking for a professional job.
